For deployment / selection of staff / manpower, the same mythologies and steps are taken as mentioned in payroll management segment. All services are rendered keeping in view all precautionary & Safety measures (in the light of risk involved) as well as performance is gauged through proper supervision (by internal & external supervisors), regular feed back and appraisal from client(s).

Services where material and equipment are required, a proper supply chain is managed according to scope of work. Material is provided on monthly basis (and an immediate need basis) in advance as well as our vendors for material and equipment also remain standby to meet special circumstances (Force Majeure) besides stock available.

DISBURSEMENT OF SALARIES:

Salaries are disbursed through cross cheques and record of receipts is properly maintained.
